Two players from the Maple Leafs made a special visit to a youth shelter in Toronto. But they didn’t come empty handed. James van Riemsdyk and Peter Holland came in a truck filled with food for Convenant House – a busy youth shelter downtown that changes lives by providing the widest range of services and support under one roof.
After loading the pantry full of food (with the help of a few young people staying there), they gave out Leafs swag, signed some autographs and took pictures.
A big shout out to Peter, JVR and Covenant House for your hard work and dedication to Toronto’s youth.
